DESCRIPTION OF THE TOUR

Coroico is a welcome break from the high Altitude and the dry climate of the Altiplano.  It has built up a reputation for being a popular place to recuperate after surviving all the Climbing and Adventure activities Bolivia has to offer including the now infamous ‘Worlds Most Dangerous Road’ (See Mountain Bike Tours)

DESCRIPTION OF TOUR 1 DAY

You will take private transport to Coroico. During the journey you will experience a number of different Landscapes from snow topped mountains to, wild rivers, lush green pastures alive with flora and fauna, to steamy pulsating Jungle and dense forests.  The temperature will also rise and fall on the way eventually settling to a comfortably hot subtropical heat which is fare to say is quite unique to the Yungas region of Bolivia.

Once in Coroico you will get to explore this unusual little town, and uncover some of its secrets. Later you will stop for Lunch in a quaint little hotel with its own swimming pool for you to cool down in. Here you will also get to sample some of the best fresh fruit that Yungas has to offer.

After lunch you will finish the tour with a stroll to the top of Coroico for an overview of the town you will then take the bus back into La Paz.
